To ensure you get the best experience from Zephyr Charters:

Tackle hire is available at £5pp. Please feel free to bring your own rods, reels terminal tackle and lures. Lures are available to buy onboard with varying sizes weights and varieties.

Bait can often be caught onboard but depending on what trips you would like to do we can make arrangements accordingly.

Fortunately, we do have some sheltered fishing grounds in the Carrick Roads if pushed by bad weather but the trip will be determined the night before by the skipper to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Cancellation due to bad weather will be fully refundable.

Please do bring:

Life jackets for children are NOT kept on board this is because it is not mandatory for the boat to carry so it is up to you whether or not you bring your own to fit the individual.

Non slip footwear preferably waterproof

Warm clothes

Food and drink

We have tea and coffee onboard

If passengers are on any medication please do inform the skipper prior to departure.

If you are prone to seasickness please do take sickness tablets it's no fun being sick!
